Nathalie M. Aubin (N.,M.Sc.) CHPCN(C) works as an Advanced Practice Nurse at the McGill University Health Centre. She is an Adjunct Faculty, Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at McGill and is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Supportive Care and Palliative Care Program since 2000. She particpated with other Canadian colleagues at the creation of the first exam for the Canadian certification in Hospice and Palliative Care of the Canadian Nurses Association. As part of her work, she is involved in the development of nursing practice, training of staff nurses and students, acting as a consultant and is involved in research projects in her area of specialty. She has participated in different committees as an expert in palliative care nursing for the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec. She has presented in provincial, national and international congresses on her recent research results concerning the problems contributing to the level of distress in newly referred patients to the outpatient clinic of palliative care.

Christelle Rémy (B.Sc.N.) Christelle is a nurse clinician in Oncology who works full time for the Ambulatory Cancer Pain Program. Christelle is responsible for the coordination of the clinic and the triage of all referrals. She acts as a resource person for the patients, their family members and their caregivers with regards to pain treatment, symptom management and patient monitoring. Christelle assures continuity and coordination of care between the pain program and allied health service. She is based at the Supportive Care Clinics of the MUHC - Cedar Cancer Center.
