IMPORTANT: Windows 11 Upgrade Rollout / Annonce de la mise à niveau vers Windows 11

Exciting changes are coming your way! Windows 10 will be upgraded to Windows 11 on ICS-managed computers, bringing you enhanced features and performance. The upgrade will be rolled out gradually. Newly acquired devices will be pre-installed with Windows 11!

 

Why is this being done?

  • Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft as of October 2025.
  • Windows 11 features more intuitive navigation, faster performance, and more robust security than Windows 10.

What’s next?

  • Users of ICS-managed computers will be contacted by email shortly before their upgrade is scheduled with specific instructions.

Support

  • If you experience any issues during the upgrade process, please report these through the IT Support Site

Want Windows 11 now?

Users with eligible devices can go to the IT Support Site, click on “Make a request” and submit using “Install, update or uninstall software."

On a du nouveau pour vous! Les ordinateurs gérés par le Service à la clientèle des TI passeront de Windows 10 à Windows 11, offrant ainsi des fonctionnalités enrichies et une performance améliorée. La mise à niveau sera déployée graduellement. Les appareils nouvellement acquis sont déjà équipés de Windows 11.

 

Pourquoi procède-t-on à cette mise à niveau?  

  • Windows 10 ne sera plus pris en charge par Microsoft à compter d’octobre 2025.  

  • Windows 11 offrira une navigation plus intuitive et une performance plus rapide que Windows 10, en plus d’une sécurité renforcée. 

Prochaine étape  

  • Les personnes qui utilisent un ordinateur géré par le Service à la clientèle des TI recevront un courriel d’instructions peu avant la mise à niveau. 

Soutien  

  • Veuillez signaler tout problème rencontré pendant le processus de mise à niveau par l’intermédiaire du site de soutien des TI. 

Vous souhaitez passer à Windows 11 dès maintenant? 

  • Vous pouvez passer dès maintenant à Windows 11 si vous utilisez un appareil admissible. Il suffit d’accéder au site de soutien des TI, de cliquer sur « Make a request », puis de soumettre une demande sous « Install, update or uninstall software ».
