2001 Mcgill College, a twenty four floor office building that was build in 1983 and renovated in 2019 with a total surface area of 510,000 ft(surface area by floor - 21,250 sf ). Located on one of the most beautiful Avenue in Downtown Montreal. With 24 floors, this tower offers a magnificent view of Mount Royal and the city.

Project Description:

Renovation of the 9th floor at 2001 McGill College to accommodate the relocation of Linguistics, CIRM and Jean Monnet (departments which are part of the Faculty of Arts)

Project Scope:

Relocation of Faculty of Arts departments. (Linguistics, CREIM and Jean Monnet) to 2001 McGill College 9th floor. This project will involve the complete renovation of the 9th floor office suites to accommodate these new departments, including architectural work, and mechanical/electrical work (such as HVAC, lighting, etc.)
