Retrofit of leased space on main floor and level 1 to accommodate teaching and exam spaces. 

Project Scope:

Retrofit of leased space at 420 Sherbrooke West (Campus 1: main floor (partial) and level 1) to accommodate teaching spaces and the Office for Student Accessibility and Achievement exam space. Teaching spaces are to be used as swing space for various construction projects. 

The Office for Student Accessibility and Achievement exam space is a relocation out of the McLennan Library complex as part of the Fiat Lux Project Permanent Relocations strategy.
