The Schulich School of Music of McGill University embodies the highest international standards of excellence in professional training and research.  They are known for their programs in orchestra, opera, jazz, early music and contemporary music. The leadership in sound recording and music technology provides unique possibilities for collaboration with the larger musical community.  The School is home to over 800 students, who are drawn here by the 200+ professors, the ensembles and performance opportunities, and their programs in research and technology.

Project Description:

This project is in its earliest stages and the scope of work is still being determined.

The academics for whom this lab is being built, need to provide the outline of the usage. Especially in this case since it will be shared between several members of the faculty.

  • Enhanced lighting
  • Addition of HVAC
  • Sound isolation
  • Several high-definition screens (wall mounted)
