uPrint McGill’s University-Wide Printing Service
Available throughout McGill, has demonstrated to be a cost-effective sustainable solution for managing the majority of McGill’s printing needs.
To streamline operations and maintenance costs associated with printing, the number of individual printing devices installed in offices that are not part of the uPrint network have been reduced.
Requests to purchase printing devices with University funds will now require the submission of a web form, including a detailed description of the unit’s printing needs and reasons why a uPrint solution would not be feasible. These requests will be approved only in circumstances where a uPrint solution would not be feasible or cost-effective for the University.
