Student Services' Units will close at 3:30pm on December 5, 2018

All Student Services' units will close at 3:30pm on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018.

Please note, Psychiatric Services will close its doors at 3:30pm, but will honor any appointments scheduled after 3:30pm. If you have an appointment, please wait in the waiting room just outside of Psychiatric Services near the elevators. Your psychiatrist will greet you when it is your turn to be seen.

Student Services' Units Closed on November 15, 9:00am - 12:00pm

With the exception of Psychiatric Services and the Office for Students with Disabilities' Exam centre, all other Student Services' units will be closed for a professional development exercise on November 15, 2018 from 9:00am - 12:00pm.

Sign up to receive Rossy Hub construction updates

Construction will soon begin on McGill’s new Rossy Student Wellness Hub. The third floor of the Brown Building will be renovated to provide a “one-stop shop” for all of Student Services’ health-related activities.

Student Services is committed to making sure students are kept well informed during the construction of the Hub.

Expanded financial support for new and returning Indigenous students at McGill

Student Health Clinic: No Doctor Drop-Ins on Tuesday, Oct 16

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the Student Health Clinic cannot offer doctor drop-in appointments on Tuesday, October 16th. Nurses will still be available to take drop-ins, and pre-booked appointments will proceed as scheduled.

Student Services to close at 4pm on October 1st

All Student Services offices will close at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 1st, in order to provide staff with four consecutive hours for voting while polls are open, as is required by the province. 

All classes, laboratories and examinations in all Faculties – as well as in the School of Continuing Studies – are cancelled on Monday, October 1, 2018.
