Urgent Safety Appointments are available for students experiencing a crisis situation where they might be a harm to oneself or others. Time slots are open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily on a first-come, first-served basis in Psychiatric Services, Brown Building West Wing, Suite 5500. Students will be seen briefly by a professional and connected to the appropriate resource.

Requests for notes or letters of support related to late papers or deferral of examinations are not processed through the safety appointment drop-in service.

Please note: To access services, you must be currently enrolled and paying the Student Services fee. The fee is automatically charged to the student account of undergraduate students, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows every fall and winter term. Certain other categories of students may opt to pay a fee to use the services.
