Published: 23 October 2018

Dr. Bryce Taylor, Chair of the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame (CMHF), announced earlier in October the selection of six new laureates for induction into the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame, including Dr. Rémi Quirion, Quebec’s first Chief Scientist and Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine. One of the world’s most frequently cited neuroscientists, Dr. Quirion is recognized for his pivotal role in advancing our knowledge in neuroscience and mental health.

The new laureates will be officially inducted into the Hall of Fame during a ceremony held in association with McGill’s Faculty of Medicine on May 2, 2019 in Montréal.

Congratulations Dr. Quirion!
