- 10 to 18 characters, no spaces, quotes, or accents
- Must not contain all or part of your name or McGill username
- Not the same as your previous password
- Significantly different from the old one
- View strong passwords for tips
- Don't use your McGill Password for your personal accounts, such as banking, personal email, and social media.
