MARCH BREAK SCIENCE FUN

Each day between 11h-14h. In the galleries.  

March 5:          DINO ZONE: Learn about the dinosaurs and fold an origami dino. 

March 6:          VOLCANO ZONE: Learn about volcanic rocks and eruptions.

March 7:          CLIMATE ZONE: Learn about the Canadian Arctic and how climate change is affecting wildlife.

March 8:          MUMMY ZONE: Learn how to read hieroglyphics and write your own name.

March 9:          ROMAN ZONE: Learn about the culture and life of ancient Rome.  

 

MARCH BREAK NATURE FUN

March 7 from 10:00-11:15

Do you love getting outside to play and to explore nature? We do, too! Come and learn about the Canadian Wildlife Federation's Wild Family Nature Club program and how you can start up your own club and receive a Canadian Wildlife Federation backpack full of activity cards and gear. All for free! Join us at the Redpath Museum (room 106) for a short intro inside and then an hour of March Break scavenger hunt fun outside. Ages: 5-8. Please note: parents and children join in the fun together.
