Get Ready for Retirement Webinar (PEN 301)
Intended for all members of the McGill University Pension Plan (MUPP) and the McGill University Pension Plan for Members of the Service Employees' Union, and of particular interest to those members approaching retirement. For members of the MUPP, it is highly recommended that you attend “MUPP Provisions Refresh” (PEN 102) webinar prior to registering for this webinar. Topics will include:
MUPP: Settlement Options Webinar (PEN302)
Intended for members of the McGill University Pension Plan who need additional information on the settlement options available to them at retirement or termination of employment. Topics will include:
LEAN White Belt with Simulation
(in-person session)
This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.
