School of Information Studies @ ICKM 2013 International Conference on Knowledge Management

The McGill School of Information Studies (SIS) is pleased to participate in ICKM 2013, the 9th International Conference on Knowledge Management held November 1-2 in Montreal.

SIS Director and faculty member Dr. France Bouthillier is the ICKM 2013 Conference Chair; SIS faculty member Dr. Kimiz Dalkir is a Program Co-Chair. 

ICKM provides researchers and practitioners from all over the world a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas concerning theoretical and practical aspects of knowledge management. The theme of this year's conference is "Knowledge Management Metrics, Performance Measurement, Capacity Building & Certifications." ICKM 2013 is held in conjunction with the 2013 ASIS&T Annual Meeting, November 1-6, 2013 in Montreal.

• Dr. France Bouthillier will participate as a member of the panel "iSChools in the Context of the Knowledge Economy" "Competitive Intelligence."

• Dr. M. Max Evans, SIS faculty member, will present his paper "Is Trust the Most Important Human Factor Influencing Knowledge Sharing in Organizations?" in the session "Communication, Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing."
