Phase 1 - Development

The Undergraduate Skills Development Program is an exciting new initiative at McGill University. Phase 1 is the developmental phase of the Program.

Phase 1 includes:

  • Developing on the program vision and goals
  • Benchmarking of undergraduate programming at comparative Canadian and American Universities
  • Conducting literature reviews and background research
  • Building on-campus partnerships 
  • Establishing decision making protocols
