Cultivating Your Well-Being in Grad School

How do you incorporate well-being into your grad school experience?

As graduate students, we know that taking care of ourselves while we juggle everything can be challenging. Join us for this peer-led online workshop where we explore what well-being means to you and access tools and resources to reflect on how to take small steps to implement positive actions in your life. Together, we will help you build a personalized plan that incorporates how to take care of yourself while you work towards achieving your academic and professional goals, and discuss strategies to keep it up in a sustainable manner.
