Dear Prime Minister: 'The time to show leadership on global vaccination efforts is now' - Maclean's, May 10, 2021
Dr. Ananya Tina Banerjee, Assistant Professor, Hinna Hafeez, Msc Student in Public Health, Lavanya Huria, Msc Student in Epidemiology, Dr. Mikashmi Kohli, postdoctoral fellow, Madhukar Pai, Professor, and Paulami Sen, MSc Student in Epidemiology, all in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health are among the signatories of an open letter to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau published in Maclean's.
"The evidence is clear and the demand is high: Canada must support a temporary waiver for vaccines at the WTO, argue a group of 122 researchers, epidemiologists, doctors and advocates."
