Prof. Soicher’s expertise is in chronic disease self-management and pulmonary rehabilitation. Her recent research has focused on the use of advanced regression and structural modeling techniques to evaluate physical activity behaviour and its psychosocial and disease-related predictors among individuals with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Other research areas include program evaluation and health outcomes. She is an Associate Member of the Respiratory Division, McGill University and is affiliated with the Respiratory Epidemiology and Clinical Research Unit of the McGill University Health Centre.
