Undergraduate Applicants
Use this form to submit one of the following corrections to a recently submitted application to McGill University.
Requests for program changes/additions are not accepted. If you would like to make a program change or add an alternate choice, please submit a new application, subject to the usual application fee and before the application deadline. You will be considered for your original choices, in addition to the new one(s) you submit as part of your new additional application for admission.
Graduate Applicants
If you applied for Summer 2023 on-wards and need to make changes to your personal information, please use the request form found in the Grad Applicant portal under the My profile tab.
If you need to make changes to the educational information you declared, please contact your Graduate department.
If you are applying to a program in Continuing Studies, Dentistry, Law or Medicine, please contact their respective admission office.
