Student Services is committed to providing, clear transparent information about the services it offers. Almost all of the services we offer are funded by your Student Services fee.

We understand that there is often a wait time before getting an appointment in some of our units.  The chart below is updated bi-weekly, and provides the timeframe for all urgent services and pre-booked services..

  • 8 Undergraduate Advising and CV appointments available daily. In-person registration starts at 9am on the day of and appointments are first-come, first-served.

OFFICE FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES (OSD)

Check-in appointments are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for students currently registered with OSD. In-person and phone registration starts at 9am on the day of and check-ins are first-come, first-served.

SCHOLARSHIPS AND STUDENT AID If you are in need of an emergency loan for essentials, visit the Scholarships and Student Aid Emergency Loan webpage for instructions. 2 days
STUDENT WELLNESS HUB

Appointments with a doctor/nurse/dietitian are available daily. In-person registration starts at 8:30am on the day of and appointments are first-come, first-served. As drop-in slots fill up quickly, it is important to arrive at the clinic as early as possible.

Urgent Safety Evaluations with a psychiatrist are available daily for students experiencing a crisis situation where they might be a harm to oneself or others. In person registration starts at 9am on the day of and appointments are first-come, first served.
