Student Services is committed to providing, clear transparent information about the services it offers. Almost all of the services we offer are funded by your Student Services fee.
We understand that there is often a wait time before getting an appointment in some of our units. The chart below is updated bi-weekly, and provides the timeframe for all urgent services and pre-booked services..

Check-in appointments are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for students currently registered with OSD. In-person and phone registration starts at 9am on the day of and check-ins are first-come, first-served.
Note: New students are required to book an appointment.

|STUDENT WELLNESS HUB|| |
Appointments with a doctor/nurse/dietitian are available daily. In-person registration starts at 8:30am on the day of and appointments are first-come, first-served. As drop-in slots fill up quickly, it is important to arrive at the clinic as early as possible.
30-minute consultations available daily with a counsellor. In-person registration starts at 10am on the day of and appointments are first-come, first-served.
Urgent Safety Evaluations with a psychiatrist are available daily for students experiencing a crisis situation where they might be a harm to oneself or others. In person registration starts at 9am on the day of and appointments are first-come, first served.
Doctors: 7 days
Counsellors: 4 weeks
Psychiatrists: 12-13 weeks
