From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Tuesday, Oct. 8, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Overview

Organizational Behaviour : An overview of the history and theories of industrial relations and how they are related to today's labour-management relationships and laws. Consideration will be paid to topics such as the organization, purpose and governance of unions; legislation of labour; collective bargaining processes and the dynamic of public interest and industrial relations.
