Overview

Labour/Employmt/Environmt Law : Study of the emergence of international regulation of labour by tripartite actors within the framework of the International Labour Organization; assessment of the challenge of liberalization and competing understandings of development for labour regulation; Engagement with emerging governance paradigms and alternative understandings of transnational ordering for transnational labour law.
