Overview

Political Science : The relationship between state behaviour and individual rights recognized by international law. Introduction and critiques of the concept of human rights, and exploration of the institutional framework of human rights law. Surveys of the current international human rights regime’s most important entitlements for individuals and groups. The politics of human rights, highlighting the challenges to their effective protection.
