FRSL 105 Intensive Beginners French (6 unités)

Vue d'ensemble

Français langue étrangère : A comprehensive introduction to basic vocabulary, grammatical structures and speech patterns of written and oral French for students in any degree program having no previous knowledge of French. Learning to communicate at a functional level in a French social milieu, short essays, cultural readings, mandatory lab practice and conversation class.

Instructors: There are no professors associated with this course for the 2024-2025 academic year.

  • Fall

  • 6 hours, plus language laboratory and oral practice with a French monitor

  • Prerequisite: Placement test

  • Restriction: Not open to students who have taken FRSL 201 or FRSL 205 or FRSL 101 or FRSL 102.
