Vue d'ensemble
Droit général : The course provides an overview of the ethical principles and rules that are relevant to one’s life as an expert in the law, including ethical requirements for the practice of law in Canada and abroad. The course is taught over the course of weekly meetings during the term, in addition to an intensive period during Focus Week.

Prerequisite(s): PRAC 147D1/D2 or equivalent (transfer & advance standing students only).
Restriction(s): Limited to 2nd year Law students only. Not open to students who have completed PRAC 155D1/D2.
