The Vision 2020 Sustainability Strategy lays out a framework for achieving the highest possible standards of sustainability on our campuses. It was launched in 2014 following a two-year community engagement process.

The Strategy consists of 1 vision, 23 goals, and, in the 2014-2016 Action Plan, 14 priority actions across five categories: Research, Education, Connectivity, Operations and Governance & Administration.

During the 2016-2017 academic year, we asked the McGill community what they wanted to see for the next phase of Vision 2020: the 2017-2020 Climate and Sustainability Action Plan.

After months of consultations, the 2017-2020 Climate and Sustainability Action Plan is set to be released this Fall 2017.
