The High Performance Computing Facility provides expertise in structure-based drug design, including in silico screening, computational simulations of drug/target interactions and impact of point mutation on protein conformation and function. We are also interested in discovery of novel modulators of protein-protein interaction that disrupt a specific protein-protein interaction or repair a 'broken' protein-protein interaction.
