Counselling Services is pleased to introduce a brand new psychotherapy group to help students cope with mild anxiety and depression, as well as build a sense of belonging and community.
Exercise for Mood and Anxiety (Short Form) consists of three sessions, combining exercise with psychological support. Each group will include a 30-60-minute exercise session followed by group discussions focusing on your current distress. Exercise is in the form of Yoga and Essentrics, taught by group facilitators who are also certified teachers. Previous experience in Yoga or Essentrics is not required.
When: Fridays November 16, 23, 30, from 2-4pm
