Overview

The Honours BSc. in Applied Mathematics will provide you with fundamental knowledge of the various branches of mathematics (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics and probability) among other areas of the discipline. Applied mathematics is a unique field that examines how mathematics functions in a variety of applications within the sciences and the arts. This makes it a great option for students who are interested in combining their knowledge and skill in mathematics with another field of study.

This program is a journey into the underlying order of things. You’ll be delving into analysis, functions, dynamics, chaos and number theory, among others. Learn how to untangle solutions to problems and uncover the logic in complex situations.
