Overview
The Minor in Human Nutrition is intended to complement your primary field of study by introducing you to the metabolic aspects of human nutrition. This program is especially accessible for students in Biochemistry, Biology, Physiology, Anatomy and Cell Biology, Microbiology and Immunology, Animal Science, or Food Science programs.
The Minor program does not carry professional recognition or qualify you to work as a nutritionist or dietitian. It will offer a solid foundation that helps you qualify for many postgraduate nutrition programs.
