McGill University set to become the world leader in retail-management education thanks to a $25-million gift from the Bensadoun Family Foundation
Retail icon and philanthropist Aldo Bensadoun has stepped forward with a visionary gift to his alma mater, McGill University, aimed at creating new knowledge and developing leaders for the rapidly changing retail industry. Thanks to a donation of $25 million from the Bensadoun Family Foundation, announced today, McGill will work on developing the Bensadoun School of Retail Management: an inter-disciplinary, state-of-the-art school dedicated to all facets of the retail industry.

L’Université McGill en passe de devenir le chef de file mondial de la formation en gestion du commerce au détail grâce à un don de 25 millions de dollars versé par la Fondation de la famille Bensadoun
Aldo Bensadoun, philanthrope et figure majeure du commerce au détail, s’est distingué par un don visionnaire envers son alma mater, l’Université McGill, en vue de fonder une école pour la création de savoir et la formation de dirigeants dans le secteur en mutation rapide du commerce au détail. Annoncé aujourd’hui même, ce don de 25 millions de dollars versé par la Fondation de la famille Bensadoun permettra à l’Université McGill de créer l’École Bensadoun de gestion du commerce au détail. Cette école sera un centre névralgique situé au cœur de Montréal destiné aux étudiants, aux professeurs-chercheurs et aux professionnels qui veulent réinventer l’avenir d’un secteur marqué par de profonds changements.
