6:00 PM: Supper and Bible study in the Undercroft at Christ Church Cathedral with St. Martha's of the Basement.

Thursday

10:30 - 12:00 PM: Walk on Mount Royal The McGill Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal this summer! This free McGillMoves activity, led by Local Wellness Advisor, Kiki Yelle, will keep you moving while taking in the fresh air and admire the beautiful views of Montreal. Please note that in event of rain, the walk will be cancelled.  

1:00 - 2:30 PM: Animal Therapy Come meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs who are trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.

Visit MSA's Facebook Page for the latest Friday prayers info. and a list of local mosques to visit when there are no prayers on campus.

5:00 - 7:00 PM: Summer Social: Montreal Jazz Festival Join International Student Services for an evening at the Jazz Festival. We will meet in front of the Brown Student Services Building to attend this famous festival in the heart of downtown.

7:30 PM: Shabbat Dinner weekly with McGill Chabad. Register on their website to participate or text Shabbat to 514-613-3254 to RSVP.

Saturday

10:15 AM: Shabbat morning services at Temple Emanu-el-Beth Sholom

10:30 AM: Shabbat morning services with Chabad McGill.
