This course teaches you some tips and tricks on using Microsoft Outlook tools to improve your productivity, efficiency and work-life balance.

Microsoft Outlook is probably the top productivity suite for professionals—and yet only 10% are using it to its full capability. With tips and usage demonstrations, this course will help you become less stressed out and distracted, and more proactive with:

  • Customizing the Inbox for your specific needs
  • Using the calendar for better time management
  • Prioritizing and automating some of your activities
  • Useful tips and tricks
