Joelle Majeau is the Outreach Administrator for the Indigenous Health Professions Program (IHPP) within the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences. She is a mixed Cree-Metis woman, and her family is originally from the Lac Ste Anne and Lac La Biche communities located in Treaty 6, central Alberta. Joelle completed a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Indigenous Studies from Simon Fraser University in 2020, and has been working with Indigenous communities and students in various capacities since then.
