Protocols and Ethics in the Aboriginal Environment in Panama

McGill University would like to inform and increase the awareness of its students and researchers regarding important issues pertaining to intellectual property, consultations and ethics related to research conducted in indigenous areas and with indigenous peoples in Panama. This research is subject to special guidelines to ensure proper ethical behavior, and its protocols are available to you here. These guidelines must be followed and will help you better manage the requests received by and actions carried out in the communities and organizations of indigenous peoples in Panama.
