POWE Conference for Future Women in Engineering

POWE Conference for Future Women in Engineering is a day of activities held each spring geared towards introducing girls in high school and CEGEP to the prospect of engineering as a career. This conference gives girls an idea of what it is like to study engineering at McGill and the opportunity meet female engineers and engineering students.

Les filles et les sciences: un duo électrisant

Les filles et les sciences: un duo électrisant is an all-day event held annually to promote non-traditional careers in science to young female students aged 14 to 15. In collaboration with other Montreal area universities, McGill Engineering staff and students participate and prepare hands-on activities. Student volunteers invite the visitors to participate in the activities and provide them with information regarding engineering programs at McGill.
