  • Age Requirement Policy: Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
  • Family Plan Policy: Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding configuration.
  • Student/Senior Rate: Student or senior must be occupying the room to receive this rate.
  • Deposit Policy: Credit Card required at time of booking.
  • Cancellation policy: A 48 hour notice is required in writing prior to your arrival date, otherwise the first night (plus taxes) will be charged.
