2025 AMR Annual Symposium
The 2025 McGill AMR 5th Annual Symposium on Thursday, June 5, 2025, will be held in person and include a Poster Session to showcase trainee's research work related to AMR. The Poster Session is an excellent opportunity to network and share your work. Selected trainees will present 3-minute oral flash talks of their poster. New this year are flash talk awards!
Places are limited, submit early!
Call For Poster Abstracts
All trainees are now welcome to submit poster abstracts. Poster abstracts are encouraged from trainees from ALL institutions (McGill and non-McGill affiliated) registered in any field of study, and on all topics relevant to broad issues of antimicrobial resistance. See AMR research.
Registration Deadline
Early bird abstract submission – submit by May 16 at 5:00 pm to be considered for flash talks.
Final abstract submission deadline – May 28 at 11:59 PM while space is available.
We will confirm your participation upon registration.
Participants should follow the guidelines below.
Poster format and layout instructions
- Poster size up to : 45 inches (wide) x 45 inches (tall) or less to ensure your poster fits on the poster boards.
- Font size: Ensure fonts are large and clear. Size 28 is the recommended minimum.
- Margins: Keep text, logos and images away from the edges. Leave at least a 3/8” margin.
- Resolution: use a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
