Graduate Research Enhancement & Travel (GREAT) Awards

The GREAT Awards program provides financial assistance for graduate student travel and research dissemination. The funds for these awards are provided by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Students must be registered full time in MSc 1-3 or PhD 1-7, in good standing and not in time limitation at the time of travel and when the award is paid.

Criteria used in the selection process for the GREAT Award may vary depending on the number of applicants, the funds requested, and the available funds. The GREAT allocation is be divided amongst more than one applicant. The award amount per student will be determined based on the total number of applicants, and the above criteria.
