CENTRIGUATION HAZARDS VIDEO [to be viewed with Internet Explorer only]

Every new student or research assistant MUST view these videos before being allowed to use the ultracentrifuges. Once you have viewed these videos, you must notify your supervisor that you have seen the videos. If you have any questions please contact Vicky Kottis at 514-398-7289. No one may use the centrifuge unless they have viewed these videos and filled out the form below. (By order of the DEPARTMENT SAFETY COMMITTEE).
