Visiting Fellows

The Biomedical Technology and Cell Therapy Research Laboratory provides excellent infrastructure for visiting professors, students and industrial trainees. We have received visiting scientists and fellows coming from major countries such as the USA, India, China, France, Germany and UK. We welcome visiting researchers from around the world and you are encouraged to apply.

Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows

If your interests and background are strong in either cell and tissue engineering, nanomedicine, medical device engineering and/or microencapsulation, you're encouraged to apply to the Graduate Program. Please send your CV and a cover letter to Dr. Prakash directly.

Undergraduate Students

If you are an undergraduate student aiming to work on a project or summer internship, please review our research areas and projects. Email Dr. Prakash a cover letter explaining how your skills and interests align with our lab. SURE and NSERC summer internships are available for both international and Canadian citizen/permanent resident students. You are encouraged to apply to fund your internship.

The BTCTRL is located on the 3rd floor of the Lyman Duff Medical Building which is located near the corner of avenue des Pins and rue University, and adjacent to the Montreal Neurological Institute (The Neuro). The Biomedical Engineering department is also located in the Lyman Duff Medical Building.
