While the original fall deadline for submissions has passed, we  are continuing to review and incorporate your ideas.

To make the most of what will be happening on and around our campuses, we need your help. We want to know what activities are planned or contemplated in your area that you would like to see included as part of the celebration year. These could include regularly scheduled events that will have a particular Montreal or Canadian focus in 2017 or initiatives that are being conceived specially in connection with the anniversaries.

A committee will ensure that each event or initiative that is included in the McGill calendar is clearly related to one or more of the anniversaries.

Once selected for inclusion, your initiatives will be added to the calendar and Web page and will be promoted actively. We will also try to support a small number of activities, but have limited funding available so will not be able to help activities which need major funding in order to happen.

Your submission need not be longer than a page or two, but should provide a clear description of the initiative(s) and goals (including intended audience), and who is organizing and sponsoring it, along with the proposed timing. Please include any links to associated web pages.
