Policy Analyst Recruitment and Development Program (PARDP)
Natural Resources Canada is seeking to recruit talented policy analysts through its flagship Policy Analyst Recruitment and Development Program (PARDP). The program is an unbeatable professional development opportunity for Master's and PhD graduates (applicants have until December 2018 to complete their degree). Frank Des Rosiers, Assistant Deputy Minister at NRCan, and Marianne A. Chapdelaine, Policy Analyst and program participant, will present the program and answer your questions about working at Natural Resources Canada.
SPEAKERS
Éric Sanscartier
Mr. Sanscartier is Director of the Energy and Economic Analysis Division. Mr. Sanscartier has been working for Natural Resources Canada since 2003 and was previously at Industry Canada and at the Privy Council Office. Along with Mr. Des Rosiers, he is one of the co-founders of the Policy Analyst Recruitment and Development Program.
Marianne A. Chapdelaine
Marianne is a Policy Analyst at NRCan's Office of Energy Efficiency, where she works on corporate reporting as well as foresight. Previously, she worked at Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada on energy and environmental issues. Marianne holds a PhD in Urban Studies from the Institut national de la recherche scientifique, a Master's degree in International Relations from Université Laval, and a B.A.A. in management from HEC Montréal. During her studies, she has lived in Santiago, Rotterdam, Brussels and Shanghai, as well as Québec and Montréal.
