Ussing chamber

  • 18 channels of conventional Ussing chambers with amplifiers and computers for data acquisition and analysis.
  • Measuring transepithelial ion transport and barrier function using human primary bronchial epithelial cell monolayers, diseased and non diseased (asthma, COPD, CF, normal, ...) and mouse intestine.
