Leadership 2: Navigating emotional intelligence

In this workshop, participants will learn about the basics of emotional intelligence and the fundamental emotional skills. In particular, they will learn about such emotional skills as emotion expression, communication, and emotional support. Participants will also learn about self-awareness and the ways to improve their self-awareness.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:​
• Understand the importance of emotional intelligence​
• Describe and evaluate your ability to exercise emotional skills ​
• Begin to practice empathy and emotional support
