Adaptability is key to success
In 2020, Professor Karl Moore invited more than 40 CEOs to McGill’s CEO Insights course to exchange perspectives on pivoting business operations in response to adverse events.
Based on their insights, Moore concluded that the single most important ingredient for successful leadership is adaptability, especially during a crisis like COVID-19. From his perspective, the events that cause the most disruption can also create the strongest opportunities for future growth.
