
Richard Preuss, pht., Ph.D.
Dr. Preuss is an Assistant Professor (Professional) at McGill in the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy (SPOT). He is also a Chercheur régulier with C.R.I.R. (Centre de recherche interdisciplinaire en Réadaptation) du Montréal métropolitain www.crir.ca. His current research includes the identification of biomechanical and neuromuscular "biomarkers" that can be used to identify specific dysfunctions associated with low back pain. These findings will be used to develop more patient-specific approaches to treat low back pain and to prevent recurrence.
