The Committee shall be chaired by a designate of the Chair of the Senate Committee on Physical Development and shall consist of:
a. One appointee from each of the following student groups:
i. Macdonald Campus Student Society (MCSS)
ii. Post-Graduate Students' Society of McGill University Inc. (PGSS);
iii. Students' Society of McGill University (SSMU).
b. Appointees from the following groups or units, as agreed upon by the Senate Committee on Physical Development:
i. Three academic members; with at least one each from the downtown and Macdonald campus and one representative of the McGill School of Environment;
ii. One appointee from each of:
- Facilities Operations and Development
- Information Technology Services
- University Safety
- One other major service unit.
c. One appointee designated as member-at-large by the Senate Committee on Physical Development.
Appointments shall be of a one year term and are renewable.
