How to Book an Appointment

 

Current Cognitive Science Students

For students who have declared the Cognitive Science major or minor (or BA & Sc U0 students intending to declare cogsci)

  • In-person advising (20 min): Wednesday-Friday 
  • Zoom advising (20 min): Monday-Friday
  • U0/U1 Group planning sessions: May 6 @ 3pm EST and May 14 @ 11am EST.  Sign up at the appointment link below.
  • Book an appointment*

*Appointments can only be booked 7 days in advance. If no appointments are available in the next 7 days it will appear to show no appointments for the entire month, but more will become available tomorrow.

 


Current McGill students in B.A. or B.Sc. 

For students interested in declaring Cognitive Science (major or minor)

Newly Admitted Students

  • Pre-registration Group advising sessions will be offered just before registration begins, usually in June.  Check back for details in May.
  • Individual advising will be available throughout the summer.
  • Fall New Student Orientation; a group session will be offered August. Check back for details in July.

 


Non-McGill Students

For non-McGill students interested in applying to McGill, or for current applicants

  • Before requesting an appointment, please consult the Undergraduate Admissions requirements to ensure that you are eligible for the BA & Sc degree program.
  • All questions related to admission and applying to McGill should be directed to admissions and cannot be answered by the Cognitive Science advisor.
  • If you'd like to make an appointment, please send an email to advisor.science [at] mcgill.ca . Include a list of questions you have about the Cognitive Science program. You'll be given a link to a Bookings page to schedule an appointment or you will receive a reply via email.
