About Maha Daoud

Maha Daoud is a certified Human Resource Professional with a lot of experience in teaching, advising, consultation and training. She is presently working at McGill School of continuing studies as a Faculty-Lecturer and area coordinator of HR and leadership. Her main responsibility consists of updating programs to meet the job market needs. She is also in charge of liaising between instructors, students and the department in order to maintain the academic standards and to help students achieve their professional goals.

Ms Daoud has been coaching individuals in a career transition center sponsored by Emploi Québec servicing mature workers. She has been qualified to administer many tests and she became certified to administer and interpret Trima and Interqualia tests. She is also passionate about her teaching. She taught many courses in different levels mainly in continuing education such as: Human resources Management and supervision, Job search strategies, organizational behaviour, Management, etc.

Ms Daoud is HEC Montreal alumni where she’s got her Master in Science specialized in Human resources Management. She received an award of the best article in the students’ conference and published a book related to executive development. Maha holds also a Master in education and a Bachelor in business administration.

About Léa Desjardins-Petrone

Léa Desjardins-Petrone has a Master of Human Resources from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor of Communications from UQAM. She puts her expertise to use every day as a Communications Advisor at the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. One of her duties at the organization is to build relationships with university HR programs in the interest of developing the next generation of HR professionals. She is a dynamic, empathetic and creative professional who has left her mark on various organizations in the last 15 years. Driven by her keen interest in people and organizational success, she constantly strives to bring out the best in individuals and projects.

About Danielle Vazan

Passionate leader showcasing 25 years of progressive HR experience to lead, partner and support business lines across organizations in Canada and globally. Danielle is a Director in Talent & Culture/Marketing-Communications and Head of Human Resources at Oberfeld Snowcap Inc., as well as a course lecturer at McGill University’s School of Continuing Studies and has mentored students at CaPS McGill Alumni Services since 2011.
