    Application deadlines vary depending on your citizenship status (domestic or international) and the program(s) you're applying to. International students: Because of the time it can take to process documents and acquire study permits, get started well in advance with all aspects of your application.

  3. Prepare to apply

    • Review the admission requirements found on the individual program webpage. All students applying to the School of Continuing Studies programs must be proficient in English.
    • Gather any necessary supporting documents listed in admission requirements.
    • Ensure you have a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for the non-refundable application fee of $104.42.
  4. Submit your application

    Please note that as of the Summer 2025 term, we are moving from the current student information system (Minerva) to our new Admissions Portal.

    Winter 2025

     

    Submit Supporting Documents

    Upon completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email with a McGill ID number and a 6-character PIN (Personal Identification Number). 24 - 48 hours after receiving your email confirmation, you may begin to upload your supporting documents by logging into Minerva.

    Summer 2025

     

    Submit Supporting Documents

    Once your application is submitted, wait 30 minutes while the system processes the payment. Go to the my applications tab in the top menu, select your active applications, and begin uploading documents.
